Our Grand Opening Celebration was a huge success!!!
Dr. Harvey Barnett, the founder of Infant Swimming Resource LLC, and over 85 other family, friends, and parents in the community helped celebrate the Grand Opening of Safe Waters Swim School on February 12, 2012 . Dr. Harvey spoke a few words by the pool and participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony. Along with face painting and tatoos, the children enjoyed a tour of the school, a sneak peek of the pool, hot dogs, slurpees, cookie decorating, cake. Amaya Papaya also joined us in sponsoring our playroom with activities for the kids as well as some great toys to play with! We were very proud to have so many people visit our one of a kind swim school. Safe Waters Swim School is the first State approved public pool, used for instuctional purposes. This facility will allow us to teach self-resuce SWIMMING lessons year round. One more big step towards our mission that, "Not One More Child Drowns"! Thank you so much to everyone who helped make this big day such a success!
